Preparing for Quarter 2 - All families will receive a letter in the mail that will provide details on the plan you selected: Blended OR Remote. Students whose family did not provide a choice have been scheduled as Remote.
BLENDED LEARNERS (2 days in person, 3 days remote at home)
Last names A-L will attend in -person on Mondays and Tuesdays
Last names M-Z will attend in-person on Thursdays and Fridays
**If you have a hyphenated last name (example Smith-Allen), you will attend according to the first part of the last name. (example Smith-Allen would attend on Thursday/Friday according to "Smith.")
Students will not be admitted into the building until 8:00 am each day.
The school day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday will go from 8:15 am - 12:10 pm.
Entry procedures
Students will report to their assigned door when arriving to campus.
Students will get in line, standing on painted sidewalk markings, and should have a mask over their face.
Students will have temperature checked at entry.
They will then report directly to their first class of that day.
Grab and go breakfast will be available.
Door Assignments for days attending in-person - This is for BLENDED learners only.
Students will report to assigned doors in morning for temperature checks:
18th Avenue and 33rd Street doors: Last names H-L(Mon/Tues) and S-Z(Thurs/Fri)
18th Avenue and 34th Street doors: Last names D-G(Mon/Tues) and O-R(Thurs/Fri)
Behind gym on blacktop: Last names A-C(Mon/Tues) and M-N(Thurs/Fri)
Important Items to Bring on In-Person Learning Days

Class binder with paper, planner, pencil pouch with pencils, pens, highlighter, etc.

Course workbooks, novel, or handouts

Students may carry a backpack or bag in the building.

Students may have a water bottle.

NO LOCKERS will be used.

Signs throughout the building will guide how students will get to classes and maintain social distancing.
