On Friday, February 8, 22 Washington Jr. High School eighth-graders had the opportunity to attend the Quad City Regional Car Show. 

 

Students got to take part in an educational expo where they learned how to test car batteries, change a tire, and look at an engine with virtual reality goggles.

 

It's just one of the many examples of the district's commitment for all students to get exposure to career and college experiences!
