-If you’ve never run long distance, that’s okay!  We have athletes ranging from beginner to state qualifiers!

Important dates and info:

Wednesday 8/19/20- Informational meeting- 3:00pm virtually in google meets If you haven’t signed up it’s fine be sure to join the meeting.

Thursday-8/20/20- Free Sports Physicals @ Rocky for Junior High students-7:00pm

Monday-8/24/20- First day of Practice-3:00pm @ Washington (big field in back behind big gym)

Physicals, insurance waiver and sports fee are all required to participate.  The sports’ fee is $35 but covers all sports the athlete participates in for the year and a Rocky/Washington home game pass.  Please, email or call Mr. Burrage if the $35 is a problem.  We will work something out.

Practice will be held M-F.  We will only have 3 meets this year due to COVID restrictions.  Those meets will be held on Wednesdays in September (you will receive a schedule virtually and hard copy first day of practice). I will keep parents and athletes informed through the following forums:
